About The Role

Paul Smith are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their team. The Sales Consultant will assist the management team with achieving sales targets and develop and maintain excellent client relationships while promoting the brand image. The Sales Consultant will provide excellent customer service at all times and up to date product knowledge.

As a Sales Consultant your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance and housekeeping is kept to the company’s desired standard, both on and off the shop floor
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and acting as a brand ambassador representing Paul Smith Ltd
  • Ensuring that you receive and maintain an up to date and high level of product knowledge at all times and to consistently share this with customers
  • Building upon the store’s clientele book, emailing and keeping in contact with clients on a regular basis, inviting customers to relevant events and keeping them aware of any new products.
  • Maximising all sales opportunities to ensure you are meeting and exceeding your personal and store targets
About You

The ideal candidate for this role will be a brand ambassador for Paul Smith Ltd. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can work well in a team
  • Comfortable working to and exceeding targets
  • Experience within a similar environment is desirable
