About The Role

Excess Baggage are seeking Customer Service Agents to their team in Heathrow Airport. As the main point of contact to their customers, you will be skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through by providing excellent customer service.

You are not just the first person customers see when they come into the store, but you are also the one who guides them – engaging, advising, and selling across our whole range of products and services such as bag wrap, left luggage, and retail.

About You

Ideally, you will have the following;

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to deal professionally with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
