About The Role

Case London are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join their team. The Sales Associate will be a part of a team that drives sales productivity, efficiency, and customer service levels of the store and will report directly on a daily basis to the line manager.

Brand training is provided on site and an individual store training programme is available.

As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities include:
 
  • Maintaining and increasing the sales figures of the store/concession
  • Maintaining a high level of store housekeeping
  • Ensuring all store and company rules and standards are adhered to at all times
  • Assisting in any stock counts that are carried out as instructed by head office
  • Positively promoting the image of the company
  • Ensuring that customers are acknowledged quickly and offered friendly, courteous and efficient service
About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of Case products. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is desirable
  • Confident working with KPI’s and targets
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to adhere to Case health and safety requirements
  • Good organisational skills
