About The Role
Caviar House & Prunier is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join its team at Heathrow.
The Retail Consultant will assist the smooth operation of the Retail business, by delivering exceptional service to create memorableexperiences for customers or potential customers alike. You will be working within a team of like-minded peopleto achieve service excellence and organisational goals.

As retail consultant your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service
  • Merchandising
  • Stock Control
  • Cash Handling & Banking Procedures
  • Health & Safety
  • Communication
  • Food Safety
  • Equipment Maintenance
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in retail, self-motivated and working well in a team. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
 
  • be able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels
  • be committed to the needs of the customer
  • be adaptable and a quick thinker who is prepared to make decisions
  • be comfortable with the use of information technology.
