About The Role
No1 Lounge are seeking a passionate and customer focused Team Host to join their team at Heathrow. You will be integral to delivering excellent service and championing the guest experience across all sections of the operation. You will work as part of a team and are multi-skilled, able to perform in each of the below areas of the lounge. You will be a brand ambassador and engage with each guest to ensure that a great experience is delivered every time, creating a memorable guest experience is your aim.
Your duties will include:
 
  • Reception: You are the first impression and set the tone for each guest's experience. By offering the warmest welcome and a smooth and informative check-in, you will ensure that our guests feel at ease and ready to sit back and relax. You will take ownership of capacity in the lounge in line with revenue targets, passenger forecasts and flows. You will be knowledgeable of all channels of entry into the lounge and how to process correctly. Cashing-up and billing completed accurately and on time
  • Bar: As a bartender, you provide a speedy but personable service, maintaining consistently high levels of drinks service and aiming to exceed guests' expectations. Serving all drinks to SOP and ensuring consistency and compliance. Engaging with every guest individually, with personality and flair. Planning ahead at all times you will make sure that you are restocking/cleaning as you go and that you always have full availability of products. You will be cash handling for drinks/food and need to ensure that cashing up is completed as per company procedure
  • Floor (Server): You take ownership of your section(s) allocated on shift, taking pride in your area of responsibility and having a keen eye for detail. Ensure your section(s) are hygienic, fully stocked and well-presented at all times. You will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, able to communicate product offering and allergen process clearly. You will also clear/reset tables and cleaning of your section/lounge. You bring your service to life by engaging with guests creating a memorable pre-flight experience.
  • Food Service: Approaching the two elements of food service by being proactive and efficient. You will be running food from the kitchen and looking after the self-serve food area. All food that leaves the kitchen must be perfectly presented, comply with SOP and have undergone the correct food safety checks. The self-service area standard must always maintained in line with company SOP
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the hospitality sector as well as being able to:
 
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every section with an in-depth knowledge of products & services 
  • Work competently in every FOH role (Reception, Bar, Floor Server, Food Service)
  • Work under pressure in a fast and busy environment
  • Ensure high standards are always upheld
