About The Role

EL&N are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to assist the management team in managing the daily operation to ensure a positive and safe working environment. To coordinate with management team to drive the business to commercial success.

As a Waiting Staff your key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the team closely to drive team moral and happiness. Ensure that the team feels valued and everyone believes in teamwork.
  • Support your team in running a great shift and coach as you go to ensure service standards are to Brand.
  • Ensure that all team members are opening and closing the business to the right standard. This is checked by ensuring all weekly checklists are completed, trained on and available to the team.
  • Lead the team through the values of EL&N.
  • Support General Manager and Front of House Manager to ensure that all team members are onboarded and inducted into the business correctly with the right support and training plan.
  • Support General Manager to count and manage stock results on a weekly basis. Support daily invoicing and transfers being recorded correctly.
  • Support daily invoicing and transfers being recorded correctly.
  • Work with the management team to ensure that stock par levels are always correct.
  • Support General Manager to ensure that the site is achieving passing in its quarterly audits with internal independent bodies and Government bodies. All health and safety standards at site are compliant.
  • Support General Manager to ensure that your site is providing great guest experiences. This is measured via our review platforms; TripAdvisor and Google. Help identify trending issues and support and train your team to rectify any issues and achieve 5 stars.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure that all changes within the business are communicated well. Act as the liaison between front-line team members and the management team.
  • Ensure that the aesthetics of your site is to EL&N standard. Any issues are raised and reported to relevant departments to fix and maintain the flower power
