About The Role
Bradford Swissport are seeking an experienced and well organised HR Project Lead to join their team at Heathrow. The purpose of this role is to build, develop and maintain effective working relationship with key stakeholders and employees. 

As HP Project Lead your key responsibilities include:

  • Work in partnership with the business, influence, implement and review key people objectives that are aligned to both the business and company strategy
  • Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and deliver the change project agenda, taking overall responsibility for objectives, communication, costs and scope
  • Manage all risks associated to the People Change Agenda
  • Champion engagement
  • Management of all Union related activities
  • Deliver metrics to key stakeholders to demonstrate purpose and progress
  • Develop and support the HR and Payroll Coordinator through their professional development
  • Working in partnership with Unite the Union, review and revive the Labour Operating Agreement
  • Lead on pay negotiations• Review and where appropriate negotiate amendments with the unionized groups bonus criteria
  • Maintenance and enhancement of the Policy Portfolio/Matrix to increase visibility of Policy Documentation, Availability and Expiration or Renewal Timelines
  • Develop the HR Roadmap for continuous improvement, policy renewal and renegotiations for the following 3-5 Years 
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have an experience of partnering with senior stakeholder with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Extensive experience of working in Unionised environments• A sound knowledge of Employment legislation
  • Extensive change management experience
  • Offers a considered approach to problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and recommend solutions.
  • Experience in developing colleagues
  • Willingness to engage colleagues on the warehouse floor, and fully understand our business on an operations level
  • Strong communicator with a track record and strong desire to collaborate across all functional areas
  • Experience of working in Logistics, Warehousing or aviation (desired) 
  • Strong understanding of HR change practices including; Restructure, project implementation, employee engagement
  • Extensive experience of managing unionized environments
  • Excellent track record in decision making in a time sensitive environment
  • Experience of coaching & influencing senior managers
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to drive change
  • Member of CIPD (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability in change management roles
