Well established construction company seeking an organised and self-sufficient Commercial Team Assistant. As a Commercial Team Assistant, you will help run and monitor the whole admin side of the estimating department, so, it’s important that you are organised, accurate and pay attention to detail.
As a Commercial Team Assistant your key responsibilities include:
- Logging and allocating newly received tenders on our cloud based CRM system and internal hard drive
- Accessing and downloading important project info from client sharing portals such as Aconex
- Liaising with clients where necessary about project info and updating estimators and commercial manager
- Completing requested project PQQ forms for clients and liaising with H&S department
- Updating tender portals with required info (Builders Conference / Builders Profile etc.)
- Assisting commercial manager to make the department more efficient. Assist with report running as to the progress of the estimating team and plans for future e.g. which clients we need to speak with as our win to loss ratio is down
