About The Role
Sim Local is seeking energetic, passionate and motivated Sale Assistants to join its growing and exciting business. You will be joining a small team that is driven, ambitious, tenacious, hardworking and expects nothing but the very best.

As Sales Assistant your key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers by providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Ensuring the store is kept to exemplary standards
  • Acting as ambassador for the brand and explaining the benefits of Sim Local and the network we have selected to partner with
  • Sharing knowledge about our full product range and answering customer queries
  • Providing first-class customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Delivering on both personal and team targets
  • Identifying areas to improve the customer experience
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 months retail experience and have strong sales skills. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
 
  • Ability to upsell and link up the sale
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • A track record of sales success
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • A passion for mobile phones and technologies
  • A strong desire to learn
