About The Role

Thomas Pink is seeking an energetic and dynamic Client Advisor with strong selling ability to join its team at Heathrow. The purpose of this role is to deliver an extraordinary and personalised shopping experience to all clients.

As Client Advisor your key responsibilities include:

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand at all times
  • Maintain the level of excellence in customer service
  • Educate the brand to all visitors to the store
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products
  • Offering suitable styling advice and a personalised shopping experience
  • Achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base
  • Assist the Store Manager with stock control and delivery procedures
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic and able to achieve sales targets. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
