About The Role

Diamond Air are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Services Advisor to join their team. The Global Services Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Diamond Air International Global Reservations department. The role calls for a proactive and driven individual, with the expectation to provide expert travel and concierge services to clients, and exemplary customer service at all times. As a 24 hr, global operation they will be expected to work in a high pressured and dynamic environment.  In a growing and vibrant company, there is much opportunity for career growth and development.

As a Global Services Advisor your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective 1st line VIP customer service care to all prospects, customers external and internal (Sales, Customer services etc) with a professional, friendly and informative manner, representing Diamond Air International and associated brands
  • Providing training to clients of systems, products and services, thus building relationships
  • Carrying out end-to-end management of the reservations lifecycle, including set-up, processing and service coordination
  • Actively upselling all Diamond Air International products and services in line with given individual and team targets and in order to support business strategy and marketing campaigns
About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 1-2 years travel industry experience required. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum GCSE qualifications
  • A minimum 2 years within a role that provides service
  • Organisation and Time Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
