About The Role

Accessorize are seeking a supportive and organised Supervisor to join their team. The role of the Supervisor is to support the store manager and assistant manager to achieve or exceed annual sales and profit contribution targets through the development and delivery of excellent customer service, visual merchandising and operational standards. Also, to deputise for the store manager and assistant manager. The Supervisor will lead by example and support the store manager and assistant manager to achieve Company KPI’s.

As a Supervisor your key responsibilities include:

  • Using product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand
  • Ensuring window guidelines are implemented commercially for the store
  • Supporting the store manager and assistant manager to ensure payroll administration is processed on time and in accordance with the process and company policies
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, maintenance and cleaning standards and take further action where required
  • Managing team members compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures
  • Having an awareness of the local market and develop customer opportunities
About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of supervising a team. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A proven record of delivering exceptional customer service
