About The Role
OCS are seeking an experienced and motivated Hi-Lift Driver to join their team. The role of the Hi-Lift Driver is to support aircraft cleaning teams by transporting and delivering essential supplies and collecting spare and unused products and other items to be removed from the aircraft.
 

As a Hi-Lift Driver your key responsibilities include:

  • Transporting stock, materials and equipment to and from aircraft
  • Responsibility for the operational reliability of the vehicle and related paperwork
  • Working within the aircraft cleaning team, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Hi-lift truck
  • Driving and operating a range of our specialist vehicles and ground support equipment including HGVs (HGV drivers), aircraft passenger stairs, HI-Lifts and water and lavatory service vehicles
  • Assisting the on-board teams with cleaning activities and security checks as required
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in driving large vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
 
  • A full UK/EU driving B category licence as a minimum (B cat for non-HGV drivers and C cat required for HGV drivers)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to clean and security check aircraft as part of your duties
