Security Agent

IPS are seeking a skilled and reliable Security Agent to join their team. The Security Agent will interact with passengers occasionally, so it is important to have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Security is an important part of the passenger process and it is important that a safe and secure environment is always maintained. IPS staff are professional in the way they act and dress, ensuring security compliance for the airline operation.

As a Security Agent your key responsibilities include:

• Aircraft guarding
• Passenger searching
• Managing catering security
• Baggage security and passenger interviewing

The ideal candidate for this role will have a right to work and live in the UK. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience or the ability to deliver excellent standards of customer service
• Excellent communication skills in English– both oral and written
• Successful clearance of DBS, CTC, GSAT & BSAT
• 5-year checkable employment / education history
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
