About The Role
Watches of Switzerland are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultant to join their team. A Sales Consultant for Watches of Switzerland will play a crucial role in assisting the store to deliver their sales targets and achieve their key objectives. Looking to build on retail and product knowledge, a Sales Consultant will be a dedicated and committed team player with a passion for delivering the excellent service that clients expect; always acting with honesty and integrity.

As a Sales Consultant your key responsibilities include:

  • Working in a professional manner at all times, using interpersonal skills and a passion for the business
  • Demonstrating a positive “can do” attitude in order to deliver excellent customer service
  • Achieving sales targets and working with KPI’s
  • Adhering to policies and procedures
  • Processing payments
About You
The ideal candidate for this role must be motivated and proactive. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Retail experience within a luxury, consultative environment
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
  • A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
