About The Role
The Restaurant Group is looking for energetic and reliable waiting staff to join its team at it's many airside restaurants in Heathrow Airport. The purpose of this role is to provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services that meet guests’ expectations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring excellent and professional service at all times.
  • Ensuring that dockets/orders are written/entered clearly and correctly.
  • Helping the bar team when needed, ensuring no guest is kept waiting.
  • Checking food on collection from kitchen and delivering to the buffet promptly to maintain temperature and appearance.
  • Reporting items running low to the kitchen.
  • Keeping tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
  • Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
  • Taking responsibility for your designated section and station.
  • Being knowledgeable of and operating within appropriate outlet and liquor licensing guidelines and Lounge Management Policies.
  • Replenishing stock as required.
  • Other duties as required and outlined by the Food & Beverage manager and supervisor.
  • Ensuring food and beverage waste is kept to a minimum.
  • Establishing ongoing On Job Training Programmes within the department to meet Brand and Service Standards.
  • Using Department Procedure Manuals as a base for all service procedures training.
  • Inducting new staff into the team.
  • Openly communicating with staff ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on.

  • Able to stand for long periods and walk long distances and be able to lift
  • Able to work various hours on a 24 hour clock with some overtime
