About The Role
OCS Group are seeking an organised and dedicated Administrative Support Coordinator to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide effective administrative support to the Directors and Executive Management team.

As an Administrative Support Coordinator your key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with operational management to understand their staffing needs and requirements and supporting recruitment when required
  • Liaising with temporary labour agencies to ensure the best use of agency labour in line with changing staffing levels
  • Organising recruitment campaigns to ensure that there is a pipeline of candidates
  • Using the OCS resourcing portal to manage vacancies
  • Updating resourcing spreadsheets/trackers
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven strong administration skills. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
 
  • Experience of meeting note taking
  • Sound knowledge of Windows based applications in MS Office
  • Experience in staff recruitment and in the organising recruitment events; Jobs Fair, etc
  • Have a high level of verbal and written English
  • Prepared to travel to other airports in the UK
