About The Role
K10 are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career within an exciting and busy department, commencing on 18 months Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The purpose of this role is to support Shared Apprenticeship Scheme Manager with day to day duties to ensure the department runs efficiently and smoothly.
 

In addition, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Sourcing and telephone vetting of candidates, co-ordinating of academies, and 2nd interviews and making wake up calls to attendees
  • Hosting the academy and co-ordination of FS exams, 1st part of presentation, document collation and scanning, airside pass referencing packs
  • Co-ordinating CSCS and L1 H+S training
  • Ordering of CSCS cards
  • Conducting drug tests and issuing PPE to successful candidates
  • Leading on all airside pass related activities with both candidates and contractors
  • Confirming college courses for each apprentice prior to start, in partnership with TB
  • Timesheet creation, monitoring and query resolving
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing procedures are followed, in partnership with EE
  • Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors
  • Ensuring all centralised documentation is stored correctly on the Gdrive and up to date at all times
  • Setting up interviews with contractors – arranging start dates, collecting accurate site details, H+S policies, PL insurance certificates and contracts ahead of start
  • Post start collection of site induction and RAM docs and completion of JSF and confirmation of acceptance
  • Producing weekly recruitment and current apprentice reports
  • College management – facilitating and attending relevant meetings, collecting college registers and answering general queries in partnership with TB
  • Uploading of interview notes and change of status
  • Co-ordinating and leading induction
  • Creation of apprentice contracts and induction documents

  • Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
