About The Role

Liz Earle are seeking a proactive and passionate Sales Advisor to join their team. The Liz Earle Customer Advisor will be working at the forefront of the British brand, acting as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised customer service and driving retail sales. During the 12 week on-counter onboarding and a visit to their Isle of Wight home, the Sales Advisor will be provided with the tools and knowledge to become an ambassador in all things Liz Earle and naturally active, enabling the positive delivery their Service Model.

As a Sales Advisor your key responsibilities include:

  • Being a Liz Earle Brand Ambassador, always seeking opportunities to deliver excellent customer service
  • Sharing your passion, product knowledge and skin care advice with customers
  • Engaging with customers daily
  • Recommending and advising customers on products that are suitable to their requirement
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:    
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident working to targets
  • Experience in retail is desirable
