Helper

Hamleys are seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Helper to join their team. Hamleys Helpers will deliver award winning customer service via the Hamleys PLAY service strategy everyday, whilst participating in all key store activities and operations.

As a Hamleys Helper your key responsibilities include:

• Actively acknowledging and approaching all customers with the objective of making a sale
• Providing a safe environment by following Health & Safety guidelines and being aware of the security on the floor
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the Hamleys experience
• Giving a professional, informed description and showing an in-depth knowledge of products
• Implementing sales promotions and price changes as directed by Management
• Aiming to exceed all targets and objectives set and key performance indicators

The ideal candidate for this role will use every opportunity to offer additional items or alternatives to the sale. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• In depth product knowledge
• Innovative and creative
• Able to work individually and part of a team
• Able to work according to Health and Safety Guidelines
• Must be fully flexible
