About The Role

Kate Spade New York are seeking a motivated and fully flexible Sales Advisor to join their team in their Heathrow store. The role offers the opportunity to represent and communicate the Kate Spade brand and lifestyle to customers through sales competency, product expertise and by providing the highest level of customer service.

As a Sales Advisor your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience
  • The ability to develop a personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book
  • Achieving individual sales goals
  • Adhering to and applying visual directives, ensuring that store standards are executed daily
  • Developing strong product knowledge across all categories
  • Demonstrating interest and ability to work as part of a team
About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one whole year of luxury retail experience. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Available to work to a 365 day a year store schedule, (including bank holidays, Christmas day, Easter Sunday and New Year’s Day) as needed, including early morning and late shifts in line with airport opening hours
  • Prior travel retail/airport retail experience is preferred
  • The ability to demonstrate 5 uninterrupted years of employment, educational, benefit or personal gap references required
